ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEON -
DR SHANNON SIM

Dr Shannon Sim specialises in sports injuries including reconstructive and realignment procedures of the knee. He also has a specific interest in the use of biologics as a non-operative treatment option for sports injuries.

 

Dr Sim is a graduate of the University of Adelaide and completed his orthopaedic surgical training in Adelaide in order to attain Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2011.
Following this, he travelled to Canada to complete a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic (London, Ontario).

 

A multi-disciplinary center of excellence, he had extensive experience treating sports injuries of world and Olympic class athletes, including on-field coverage of varsity teams. During that time he has also had opportunity to attend workshops, courses and visitations in North America with internationally recognised surgeons in the field of Sports medicine.

ACUPUNCTURIST & CHINESE MEDICINE PRACTITIONER -
TUNG PING CHAN 
(AMY)

Amy was trained in Hong Kong and practiced acupuncture and Chinese medicine, graduating in 2012. Her special interests include pain management, women's health and stroke rehabilitation. 

 

Each clinical encounter includes assessment and treatment by manual or electro-acupuncture. Each appointment is approximately 30-40 minutes.
