Didn’t receive your medicare benefit?

Follow the following steps:
* Register your bank details (BSB & Account No) either with Medicare or us here, and the rebate will be deposited into your account within 2 working days.


* If you have a card with a cheque or savings account linked to it, in most cases we are able to process your refund immediately at the front desk via our TYRO machine.


* Take your receipt into a Medicare Office to arrange your refund, no longer give cash anymore.


* As of the 1st July 2016 Medicare will no longer will be posting cheques as a form of refund.
