Bulk Billing

We will continue to direct bill Medicare for the following:

  • DVA  Gold Card Holders

  • Children aged 15 years and under

  • GPMPs (chronic disease management plans)

  • Health Assessments

  • Selected treatment room appointments

For all other patients we require full payment on the day (Please refer to our fee schedule above). A reduced fee is applicable for students and concession card holders. A surcharge will be added to all accounts not paid on the day of consultation.

As a service to our patients we have implemented “TYRO Online Claiming” which enables us to send your paid accounts directly to Medicare instantly, and giving you an immediate refund back into your nominated savings or cheque account.  Please ask our friendly reception staff for more information.


Or you can obtain your Medicare Rebate via the following:

  1. Register your bank details (BSB & Account No) with Medicare and the rebate will be deposited into your account within 2 working days.

  2. Take your receipt into a Medicare Office to arrange for your refund to be deposited via EFT into your bank account, Medicare no longer give cash or post refund cheques.

Standard consultations are booked for 15mins. Please note this also includes the administration time the doctor needs to review and write up any notes after the face to face consultation occurs. Fees vary according to the nature of your consultation and will depend on the length of time that you spend with your doctor, the complexity of your condition and any additional services performed (excisions, procedures, vaccinations, dressings etc).
