Bulk Billing

We will continue to direct bill Medicare for the following:

• DVA  Gold Card Holders

• Children aged 15 years and under

• GPMPs (chronic disease management plans)

• Health Assessments

• Selected treatment room appointments

 

For all other bookings we require full payment on the day (Please refer to our fee schedule above applicable from 01/07/2023).  A reduced fee is applicable for students and concession card holders. A surcharge will be added to all accounts not paid on the day of consultation.

Standard consultations are booked for 15mins. Please note this also includes the administration time the doctor needs to review and write up any notes after the face to face consultation occurs. Fees vary according to the nature of your consultation and will depend on the length of time that you spend with your doctor, the complexity of your condition and any additional services performed (excisions, procedures, vaccinations, dressings etc).

Saturday Appointments

Please be advised that the only patients who are bulk billed on a Saturday are DVA Gold Card holders. All other patients will be charged and a Saturday surcharge also applies.
